Watch this short bio video where I dive into how my hometown of Derry, Northern Ireland has shaped my music and songwriting.
Every year, the city of Derry comes together to honor the lives lost and those injured on Bloody Sunday, January 30, 1972. As part of this powerful annual march, a singer is invited to perform We Shall Overcome—the anthem of the original marchers, inspired by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and the American Civil Rights Movement. In 2025, I had the profound honor of being that singer, closing the commemoration with this timeless song of resilience and hope.
